We coat various fibers in resin such as PVC prior to weaving. A feature of our coating machines is they uniformly coat the core fibers with resin, enhancing their roundness. By combining coating in a variety of colors or two-tones with different weaves, the design possibilities are endless. Coated fibers can be used in a range of exterior and interior applications.

We can handle muticolored designs. We can also use the coating to adjust thickness so a detailed discussion with the customer prior to manufacture is necessary when placing an order.
Coated fibers are mainly used in familiar products that add color to our lives such as flooring, wall materials and roller blinds.
